First, download the Jobsoko app on iOS or Android. Then open the app and tap "HR Professional". Tap Sign up and fill in all required fields. Submit your registration and wait for approval. After approval, you will receive a notification to your registered email. Open it, follow the steps to complete your profile, choose the plan you want, and then you can post jobs.
Your job posts typically go live after you complete all requirements and get verified.
We accept bank transfer, mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), and credit/debit cards. All payments are processed in TZS.
No, the Enterprise Verification fee (TZS 520,000/year) is separate from job posting packages. Verification grants the Blue Verified badge and access to premium platform features.
Yes! Creating a candidate profile, uploading your CV, applying for jobs, and receiving job alerts are completely free. The job seeker mobile app does not process in-app payments for core job search as currently offered.
Yes, plan upgrades are prorated. You only pay the difference for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Yes. You can delete your account in the Jobsoko app (Settings → Delete account) or on our Privacy Choices page. You may also email support@jobsoko.co.tz from your registered email.
